About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead and develop the Nordic operations across Sweden Denmark Norway Finland as well as projects and customers in Iceland Greenland and northern Scotland. You will play a key role in strengthening efficiency structure and delivery quality while supporting our transformation toward a modern competence-based organization with a hybrid work will lead a capable and hands-on team that takes pride in delivering great results. Together youll drive improvements simplify how we work and make smart use of new digital tools across our role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership keeping everyday operations running smoothly ensuring we deliver on our promises to customers and driving long-term position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Karlstad Sweden and includes regular travel across the region.

About You
You are an experienced operational leader with a strong technical interest and the ability to quickly adopt and apply new technologies. You bring structure and direction in times of change and you are a confident communicator who inspires engagement trust and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or general management preferably within digital technical or service-based solutions.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and organizational change.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing hybrid or distributed teams.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish Danish or Norwegian). Finnish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel within the Nordic region and surrounding markets.
