About the role:

We are looking for skilled HVAC Installers to join our growing team. You will install R290 air-to-water heat pumps in residential homes across Germany and support maintenance activities in our Wrocław factory when not travelling.

This is a great opportunity to work with innovative sustainable heating technology and grow within a modern international company.

Cooperation based on a B2B contract.

What youll be doing:

  • Install R290 air-to-water heat pumps in residential homes across Germany.
  • Complete all hydronic work including piping fittings valves pumps and expansion tanks.
  • Carry out leak testing pressure testing and vacuuming of refrigerant systems.
  • Fill flush and vent water circuits to ensure correct system operation.
  • Support commissioning by checking system flow pressure and refrigerant performance.
  • Ensure all work meets safety quality and environmental standards.
  • Keep tools vehicles and work areas clean and well organised.
  • Follow installation procedures and technical documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with electrical installers site supervisors and local partners.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and service teams during installation

What youll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing HVAC systems preferably R290 air-to-water heat pumps or prior experience with gas coal heating or air-conditioning installations.
  • Polish language proficiency is required; German or English skills will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong practical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany
  • Valid driving licence
