The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Talent Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level position ideal for someone with a year or less of experience working with Talent in entertainment media influencer relations or a similar field. Youll play a key administrative and coordination role supporting the Talent Team within the Family vertical to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our Talent and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Team including maintaining up-to-
    date records and databases of Talent information contracts and project
    details.
  • Support with the coordination of gifting shoots and events - including logistics call sheets travel and accommodation if required.
  • Help draft and distribute key documents such as briefs contracts and invoices.
  • Track campaign deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support smooth communication.
  • Research and compile information on talent brands or market trends as required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team (filing organizing assets updating spreadsheets etc.).
What Were Looking For
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a Talent entertainment or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & G Drive.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in Talent Management media influencer marketing or entertainment.
  • A basic understanding of various social media platforms.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone.
  • The ability to prioritise and cope with last-minute changes.
