Were delighted to be supporting a global organisation who are looking for an energetic and engaging Fitness Coach to join their onsite wellbeing team in Ingelheim am Rhein.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate fitness professional who enjoys motivating others delivering group sessions and promoting physical activity and wellbeing in a professional workplace environment.
About the role
Working within a dedicated onsite wellbeing team youll support employees in maintaining and improving their health through fitness movement and education. The role offers a varied mix of hands-on coaching group classes and participation in wellbeing events and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and implement workplace health and fitness programmes for employees.
- Provide comprehensive support on the training floor offering exercise guidance and motivation.
- Deliver preventive and sports therapy-based support to members.
- Lead and instruct fitness and wellbeing classes both in person and digitally.
- Assist with health days and wellbeing events to promote an active lifestyle at work.
- Contribute to project work and support the development of new concepts and initiatives.
About you
- Hold a valid Trainer B licence (or equivalent).
- Educational background in Sports Science Rehabilitation Health Promotion or a related field.
- Enthusiastic and approachable with a genuine passion for motivating others to achieve their goals.
- Confident in leading groups and delivering engaging classes.
- Flexible committed and professional in your approach.
- Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken).
- English language skills at B1 level or above.
