Job Summary

Must have

7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
Proven experience with SAP NetWeaver S/4HANA and SAP HANA Database.
Strong knowledge of SAP landscape design sizing and capacity planning.
Experience with SAP upgrades kernel patches and support packs.
Good understanding of SAP Security Transport Management and Change Control processes.
Experience with OS and DB-level administration (Linux/Unix Windows HANA/Oracle).
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP EarlyWatch.
Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform (SCP/BTP) and hybrid environments.
Understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setups.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
SAP Basis certification (e.g. SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration).
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud-hosted SAP environments.
Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible Terraform or similar) for SAP operations.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SAP Focused Run Grafana or Dynatrace.
Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD for SAP environments.
