Job Description

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist operates CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients bones organs and tissues used to diagnose medical conditions.
Performs a variety of imaging procedures including CT general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Associates degree in Radiologic Technology Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) Required
Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of California Required
Advanced Certification in CT Preferred in CA; Required in OR and HI
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required
Fluoroscopy license Preferred in CA and OR
Venipuncture certification Preferred in CA and OR
ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) Required
Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) Required
