On-site/Hybrid: Initially 100% onsite hybrid may be possible at clients discretion
Duration: 12 months (possibility for extension)
Pay Rate: $65-70/hr on W2

Projected Start Date: 12/01/2025

Interview Process: 2 rounds (in-person preferred Teams possible)
Residency: Candidate must be a SC resident or willing to relocate/commute prior to start (at their own expense)

Summary of Role

SCDMV IT is responsible for maintaining and improving IT functions for the benefit of South Carolina citizens. Contractors play a key part in these operations.
The role supports new business functions and enhancements/troubleshooting for existing business application functions using a multi-tiered architecture involving MicroFocus Visual ( C#.NET) and SQL/Oracle databases.
Expect direct communication with business area specialists and minimal supervision.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze SCDMV Phoenix II web service and batch business apps.
Lead analysis and troubleshooting of assigned system problems.
