The Role
This role is for an experienced software engineer focused on designing and developing advanced high-performance trading systems. The position emphasizes hands-on development of distributed event-driven platforms optimized for low latency high throughput and resiliency. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust trading workflows lead performance tuning initiatives and ensure reliability in both production and non-production environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in C#/.NET with experience in client-server desktop and web applications using technologies such as WinForms WPF and WCF. Knowledge of low-latency design time-series databases like KDB and the FIX protocol is highly valued. Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS) CI/CD pipelines and Unix/Linux scripting is expected. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills a collaborative mindset and the ability to innovate and optimize complex trading infrastructures.

Scope of Work:

Full Stack but scope of work is focused on UI (desktop apps)
C# .NET is required desktop UI development is required
Winforms WCF WPF is required
Java is helpful - backend services
ComponentOne and DevExpress are libraries the team leverages

Other Skills Preferred:

5 years of hands-on software design and full stack developer experience
FIX Protocol
KDB or other vector DB
AWS
Strong CI/CD
Domain experience in trading apps/capital markets (retail or institutional)
