Job Title: Regional P&C SSC Lead

Job Description:
  • The Regional P&C SSC Lead is responsible for overseeing P&C service delivery within the region across multiple countries ensuring compliance efficiency and high-quality support for all P&C processes from onboarding and payroll to employee inquiries and P&C data management.
  • This role combines operational leadership and strategic planning to deliver P&C services that align with regional workforce needs cultural nuances and local compliance requirements.
  • The Regional P&C SSC Lead is essential in aligning global P&C standards with regional operations focusing on continuous improvement and a seamless employee experience.
What we need to see from youRegional P&C Service Operations
  • Oversee P&C service delivery across the region ensuring high-quality and consistent support for all P&C processes including payroll onboarding benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely accurate and responsive P&C service across countries within the region.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Manage mentor and develop a diverse team of P&C service specialists ensuring they are trained on regional and country-specific policies processes and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews set individual and team goals and support career development plans to build a high-performing regional P&C service team.
Compliance and Legal Adherence
  • Ensure all P&C processes comply with local labour laws employment regulations and data privacy requirements in each country within the region.
  • Monitor regulatory changes across countries working with the team to update practices and ensuring the shared service centres full compliance.
Service Optimization and Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve P&C service processes ensuring regional needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with global and regional P&C teams as well as IT and operations to leverage technology automate workflows and streamline P&C operations.
Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional internal stakeholders including local P&C teams and business leaders to ensure alignment with business needs and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with the regional P&C lead and key business stakeholders and provide a consistent employee experience across countries.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Oversee secure handling and accurate management of employee data adhering to regional data privacy standards.
  • Generate and analyse reports on service centre performance workforce trends and P&C process improvements providing insights to senior management and global P&C leadership.
Technology and System Enhancement
  • Partner with the IT and HRIS teams to maintain and enhance P&C technology platforms that support regional service requirements ensuring system functionality aligns with both local and global P&C needs.
  • Assess and recommend technology solutions to improve scalability accuracy and responsiveness in regional P&C service delivery.
Skills and Competencies
  • P&C experience with at least 10 years in a HR shared services delivery role within a multi-country setup across LATAM and NORAM.
  • In-depth knowledge of P&C regulations and compliance requirements within the region.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a multi-country team promoting best practices and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems data analysis tools and service management software along with a focus on data security and privacy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to build relationships with both internal clients and external stakeholders across cultural and regional boundaries.
  • Analytical and solution-focused with the ability to drive process improvements and enhance P&C service efficiency.
  • Strong subject matter knowledge in Payroll Operations
