Job Summary
Minimum 5 years of experience performing BA roles in ERP/CRM Billing ordering or contracting systems.
Have experience in Order to Cash (O2C)/Contract to Invoicing process.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials or other ERP/CRM.
Intermediate level knowledge of SQL on an Oracle Database environment
Experience with streamlines invoicing receipt and customer payment processing.
Oracle EBS Receipts Lockbox and Quick Cash automations
Experience with US and EU bank and payment processor integrations
Experience with full automation no-touch integrations between EBS receivables and custom billing or e-commerce solutions
Willingness to learn and adapt to custom applications.
Possess excellent written & oral communication skills to work with & manage business as well as internal IT stakeholders.
Have experience in Agile software development and tools (JIRA confluence etc.)
Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC business processes and data analysis
Exemplary professional business attitude and awareness
Have good strategic skills with ability and vision to map out to be business processes
Demonstrate skilled use of Microsoft Office presentation analysis and reporting tools particularly Project PowerPoint Word and Excel
Exposure to Cash Management is a plus
Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & OneSource Indirect Taxes applications are a plus
