Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and promotional efforts in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers maintaining relationships with dealers contractors architects and builders and assisting in executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sales and business development activities within assigned regions.
Identify and approach potential clients such as builders contractors architects and distributors.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients and dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities competitor activities and pricing trends.
Participate in marketing activities exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit sales reports lead updates and customer feedback to management.
Coordinate with the logistics and accounts departments for order processing and payment follow-ups.
Ensure proper product knowledge and presentation to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or designated reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Civil Engineering or related field.
02 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in cement tiles paints steel or construction materials).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and team player.

Salary Range:

per month (depending on experience and location) incentives
