About the Role:

As an 1 year old Childhood Teacher youll be an active participant in shaping the social emotional physical and intellectual development of the children in your care. Youll lead engaging age-appropriate activities foster curiosity and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.

Schedule Options:

Full-Time MondayFriday

Flexible shifts available: 4x10 hour days or 5x8 hour days

What Youll Do:

  • Provide high-quality care in a safe nurturing environment

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate developmentally sound lesson plans

  • Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum

  • Create a clean organized and stimulating classroom

  • Foster open communication and strong relationships with families

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive professional workplace

  • Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Attend all required in-service trainings

  • Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
