What youll do

As a Senior AI Developer you will play a key role in building innovative AI-powered applications to solve complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) AI agents Model Context Protocol (MCP) Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol.
End-to-end responsibility for development testing performance security scalability and user experience of AI applications from prototyping to production.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
Staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools and recommending their adoption at SAP.

What you bring

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
8 years of IT experience

Must have skill

Advanced programming skills in Python
Expertise in developing AI-powered applications
Large Language Models (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain LLaMA)
Agentic AI concepts and protocols (Model Context Protocol Agent-to-Agent protocol)
Machine Learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn)

Nice to have skill

Knowledge of LLM architectures
Lifecycle management for AI models (training validation deployment and monitoring)
DevOps / AIOps practices
