Job Summary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage all phases of real estate development projects including planning execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.
- Utilize construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication.
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress address issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate cost assessments.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment
- Job requires the ability to use vision adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
- Use of audio-visual equipment is required
- Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore) and tools (e.g. Bluebeam).
- Strong understanding of construction processes including site management and civil engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating project performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree.
- A degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience.
- Solid understanding and experience in development and construction.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
- Professional certification may be required in some cases
