What Youll Be Doing:
Support Core Apps: Provide L1 support for enterprise applications (e.g. Service Manager OBM uCMDB).
Alert & Incident Management: Manage monitor and resolve incidents and alerts to meet strict SLAs.
Tool Expertise: Utilize and understand our Ticketing tool (Service Manager) workflow.
OS Foundation: Work hands-on with both Linux & Windows OS for installation and troubleshooting.
Maintenance: Perform routine health checks updates and configuration tasks.
What We Need:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Application Support with 1 year total professional experience.
Tech Stack: Experience supporting at least one major enterprise application.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and user follow-up.
