The Master of Business Analytics at La Trobe University is one of the largest of our postgraduate courses that has also been ranked consistently in the QS top 150 for the past five years. As more students join our course we are looking for qualified and experienced sessional teaching staff with the right balance of technical professional and communication skills to join our award-winning teaching team.
The sessional teaching staff must have AQF1 academic qualifications or equivalent and significant industry experience in Analytics AI Data science or related disciplines.
They must also possess teaching experience at the postgraduate level in the cognate discipline as well as proficiency in blended and multimodal teaching methods that drive classroom engagement interaction and active student-centric learning.
The applicants must be available to teach in Semester 1 2026 (commencing 2 March 2026 with preparation from Feb 2026) in our Bundoora campus. Each subject is taught in 2h classes over 12 weeks (total class time 24 hours) with additional hours for admin marking and feedback.
We are primarily looking for experienced sessional teaching staff if you do not have any recent and relevant experience you will not be shortlisted. Salary level: Tutorial
