Job Summary
Master Honda Technician
Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to take your career to the next level Rosen Automotive is seeking a Master Honda Technician to join our award-winning service this role youll diagnose maintain and repair customer vehicles with precision and care while delivering top-quality service that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues.
- Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of vehicle status and additional service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and required time.
- Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Honda experience preferred).
- Master-level certification
- Proficient in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies.
