We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our high-impact Enterprise Engineering & Architecture (TAE) Lead Integrator this role youll bring deep systems engineering and integration expertise to help modernize the GEOINT architecture and enhance mission capabilities across the enterprise.
Youll apply your knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture and the full TCPED cycle (Tasking Collection Processing Exploitation and Dissemination) to support integration efforts across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs). This includes aligning activities ensuring enterprise-wide coordination and maintaining accurate documentation of architecture requirements and interfaces.
What Youll Do
As a key technical leader on the team you will:
Partner with Government stakeholders to define and implement integration processes across NGA PEOs and supporting organizations
Lead or contribute to cross-organizational Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on:
o Analytic modernization
o Collection Management
o Data Services
o Foundation GEOINT
o IT transformation
Drive development of engineering and architecture artifacts including:
o Integrated project plans
o Requirements and epics
o Target state architectures
o CONOPS
o Roadmaps and schedules
o Risk registers
Conduct a wide range of engineering analyses to inform investment and modernization decisions including:
o Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
o Courses of Action (COAs)
o Trade Studies
o Engineering Assessments
Perform baseline analyses and support requirements allocation to systems architecture components
Ensure end-to-end traceability between mission needs requirements architecture and program execution
Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and capability recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve integration processes driving greater adoption of:
o Agile practices
o Digital engineering
o Cross-organization collaboration
Support and participate in NGA Governance Configuration Management and Risk Management processes

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems or related STEM field OR 12 years of experience as an Integration Engineer in lieu of a degree
Clearance
TS/SCI clearance adjudication
Technical Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in government or industry in:
o Database management
o Big Data analysis
Strong working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle including:
o Architecture
o Requirements
o CONOPS
o Integration
o Test
o Transition

GEOINT & Mission Expertise
Senior-level experience and in-depth knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems and services including the TCPED cycle
Technical expertise supporting modernization initiatives within the GEOINT enterprise such as:
o Artificial Intelligence (AI)
o Tactical Edge Computing
o Multi-Cloud Environments
Leadership & Strategic Planning
Proven experience leading complex system-of-systems integration projects with:
o Cross-organizational teams
o Senior Government leadership engagement
Demonstrated ability to:
o Lead cross-organization engineering assessments studies and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
o Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs)
o Facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)
o Engineer and present Courses of Action (COAs)
o Provide briefings and updates to senior government stakeholders
Tools & Methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Digital Engineering tools and processes
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification with demonstrated experience applying SAFe practices in prior projects
