Description

Were seeking a driven detail-oriented NPI (New Product Implementation) Project Manager to join a fast-paced product development environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure loves seeing ideas come to life and can manage multiple projects from concept to launch ensuring timelines teams and deliverables stay aligned from start to finish.

Youll take ownership of new product introductions and innovations coordinating cross-functional collaboration across design engineering manufacturing and marketing to ensure successful launches. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to remain focused under pressure and lead through influence.

Requirements

3 years of experience in Project Management Manufacturing or Product Development
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational precision
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Familiarity with tools such as Asana or Jira
Bachelors degree in Business Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work under pressure adapt quickly and meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple NPI projects from concept through implementation
Build and maintain project timelines deliverables and accountability across departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering production and logistics to ensure seamless execution
Identify and resolve risks bottlenecks and project delays proactively
Provide clear concise updates to leadership and stakeholders
Standardize documentation processes and workflows for repeatable efficiency
Ensure all product launches meet defined standards for quality cost and timing
