Role: Senior Salesforce & Java Application Support Engineer (COPADO / AWS / EKS)

Location: Plano TX (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Role Description: COPADO Experience is Must Youll lead support for Java application support Key SkillsMust be able to deploy Salesforce applications using CopadoSupporting Java Microservices and applications built using and maintaining databases such as Mongo DB RDS containerized applications in EKS applications running in EKS Salesforce applications using Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of CRM in APEX Coding Lighting Web Components (LWC) API Integration and in Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules and Experience Kafka related COTs applications such as deFI FISERV products etc. AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda VPC Route 53 Kubernetes)Infrastructure as Code Terraform CloudFormationTroubleshooting LinuxWindows systemsAWS CLI scripting (Python Bash PowerShell)AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred).Salesforce Developer I Developer II certifications mustAutomation experience in relevant technologies and tools. Candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer. Knowledge on JIRARoles ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be hands-on and experienced to support AWS infrastructure networking cloud automation and platform She Should be able to independently provide application support Code test debug and deploy the be proficient and have Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
