Job Summary

Leading a team of 10 20 Relationship Managers
Handling the escalations of the team
Training the new joiners
Maintaining the tracker
Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
Work closely withRMs and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
Monitorand regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
Help theRelationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and to learn the changing mindset of the clients
