What will you be doing

The Principal will work out of LGs London office supporting the Partners across the team. Motivated and enthusiastic self- starter who works on own initiative with light supervision. Confident and positive high-energy cultured capable of easily interacting with senior management. Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as . Loves startups and high paced environment.

Deal leadership experience: youve led or played a major role in sourcing structuring and closing venture investments. You can show a live and active network of deal flow.

Financial acumen: youre fluent in financial modelling and valuation and can build conviction from data as easily as from instinct.

Clarity of thought: you can make complex ideas simple and make the technical compelling to any audience.

Gravitas and credibility: youre comfortable debating senior leaders and influencing key decisions.

Energy and presence: you love being out in the ecosystem meeting people travelling learning. You get energy from connection.

Patience and pragmatism: you understand the pace of a corporate environment and can balance ambition with persistence.

What youll do

Build and nurture a powerful network across Europes deep tech and AI landscape.

Identify evaluate and lead high-potential investment opportunities.

Work with founders and portfolio teams to help them scale and succeed.

Represent us externally from conferences and panels to private roundtables and one-on-one conversations.

Bring sharp insight and conviction to internal debates and investment committees.

Preferred education/qualification:

Undergraduate degree . Preferred majors include the following: Economics Engineering Exact Sciences Computer science Finance Business and Entrepreneurship.

Relevant years of investment experience (VC/PE corporate IR investment banking private equity).

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Outstanding analytical skills detail-oriented proactive and self-motivated

Strong knowledge of Excel

Experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques

Ability to produce well designed professional looking PowerPoint presentations

Strong written and verbal communication skills
