Maintenance Operator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Durchführung von vorbeugenden korrektiven und ad-hoc Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an mechanischen elektrischen und steuerungstechnischen Anlagen
Instandsetzung oder Austausch defekter Anlagenteile sowie fachgerechte Demontage und Wiederaufbau nach Herstellerdokumentation
Störungsanalyse sowie Behebung von Anlagenstillständen
Durchführung und Dokumentation gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Prüfungen und Inspektionen
Pflege von Auftrags- und Anlagendaten im SAP/ERP-System
Betreuung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen im Rahmen von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
Mitarbeit an Projekten Umbauten und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Teilnahme am Schichtsystem und an der Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z. B. als Elektroniker Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung idealerweise in der chemischen Prozessindustrie
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung gängiger Instandhaltungsmethoden und -werkzeuge
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP PM oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SPS-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
Selbstständige verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft
Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
