Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and meticulous Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) to optimize our production processes and ensure the highest quality products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills an ability to communicate across all levels sound project management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.

Your Tasks:

Process design and optimization: Developing the most efficient methods for converting raw materials into finished products including assembly line planning and calculating labor times.
Equipment and automation: Selection design and implementation of machines and robotic systems for production.
Quality and cost control: Implementation of procedures and systems to ensure high product quality while reducing costs.
Collaboration and training: Collaborate with Engineering production teams and other departments to share ideas and train employees in new and existing processes.
Logistics and Supply Chain: Understanding the broader aspects of the value chain from initial design to final delivery.
Continuous improvement: Monitoring and maintaining manufacturing systems to achieve continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

Technical knowledge: Expertise in engineering principles materials and production technologies.
Problem solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical innovative solutions.
Project management: Competencies in project management from planning and implementation to lifecycle management.
Communication: Effective idea sharing and collaboration with diverse teams and leaders.
Creativity: Developing new better faster and more efficient manufacturing methods.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Completed degree (university university of applied sciences) in engineering.
Ability to collaborate across functions
Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Competent in problem solving team building planning and decision making.
Commercially and financially aware.
Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
Background in project management.
Knowledge of ERP system preferred SAP including production modules.
Fluent in English and German
