The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel warehouse inventory and production shop in an exciting fast-paced industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead manage and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.

- Set branch goals
- Monthly review of critical numbers w/ branch employees
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 5 years branch management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
