Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Pay Rate From: $42/hr
Area: Outpatient
Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Saint Marys GA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility strength and function.
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation of care and progress.
Ensure quality compassionate and patient-centered therapy services.
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Georgia.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Outpatient experience is preferred.
Strong communication clinical and documentation skills.
