Job Description
- Responsible forproper costing and postingof all vehicles sold calculating profits set up receivables/liabilities and calculatesales commissions.
- Record vehicle transactions to accounting.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Reconcile Dealer Reserve statement accounting schedulesand product aftermarket submissions.
- Record purchased vehicles to inventory.
- Prepare paperwork for lenders to obtain funding.
- Verify all funds due have been collected and documented.
- Process payments to floor plan institutions.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the costingprocess.
- Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins and follow up on all trade titles.
- Process after sale warranties and related documents for month end
- Maintaining strict compliance with all Titling laws and filing requirements
- Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of Automotive Billing experience required.
- Prior dealership or automotive titling experience is required.
- Proficient in accounting as well as Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- An initiative-taker and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational analytical & critical thinking skills.
- Willing to submit a background check.
- You have friendliness enthusiasm reliability with a positive team-player attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- You will operate a clean organized presentable workplace with a strong attention to detail.
