Your Role in a glance
This role blends both clinical and front-desk responsibilities. Youll be the warm welcome at the front door and the compassionate hands in the exam roomensuring every patient feels known cared for and supported throughout their visit.

How Youll Contribute

Patient Experience

Greet patients warmly and guide them through the check-in process ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk in.
Assist patients with digital check-in tools and troubleshoot any issues with ease.
Keep the lobby area organized calm and welcoming.
Coordinate smooth patient flow by communicating effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

Clinical Support

Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits.
Measure and record vital signs update medical histories and document key health information in the EHR.
Perform injections vaccinations and assist with procedures under provider direction.
Collect blood and urine samples as needed for diagnostic testing.
Educate patients on procedures and care instructions in a clear compassionate way.
Schedule follow-up visits and support continuity of care.

Collaboration and Team Excellence

Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service.

Support office operations including daily opening/closing tasks and front-desk documentation.
Contribute to quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant Medical Receptionist or in a similar hybrid role.
Completed Medical Assistant coursework or equivalent hands-on experience.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and electronic health records.
Team-oriented proactive and passionate about patient-centered care.
