Job Summary

Senior Business Development Manager Location: Mumbai Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and manage on-ground sales operations. The role involves identifying prospects closing deals and building strong customer relationships in the HORECA retail and SME sectorKey.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits referrals and partnerships.

  • Present Circolifes AC subscription model and explain value propositions to clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships for renewals and referrals.

  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth delivery and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data in CRM tools.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 15 years of experience in B2B or field sales (preferably in HVAC electrical appliances or subscription-based products).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer relationship management ability.

  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a field-based role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
