Job Summary

Support Executive
Support The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in Azure Java SQL Spring Boot VMC2 and dashboard creation using Splunk Datadog and Dynatrace. This role involves managing and resolving incidents handling day-to-day technical issues and contributing to problem management initiatives. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth Responsibilities In-cident Management Monitor triage and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless incident resolution. Problem Management Identi-fy analyze and resolve recurring issues. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance. Maintain documentation of problem management pro-cesses and resolutions.

Technical Support Provide day-to-day support for business banking technology systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure Java applica-tions SQL databases Spring Boot and VMC2. Develop and maintain scripts to automate rou-tine tasks and improve efficiency. Dashboard Creation and Monitoring Design and maintain dashboards using Splunk to monitor system performance and key metrics. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and operational improvements. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and meet the needs of stakeholders. Communication and Collaboration Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular up-dates on incident status resolution progress and system health. Collaborate with develop-ment and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on projects and and Quali-ficationsTechnical Skills Proficiency in Azure cloud services Openstack and VMC2.

Strong knowledge of Java programming SQL and knowledge of Spring Boot. Experience with working and creation of dashboards on monitoring tools such as Splunk Datadog Dynatrace Familiar-ity with incident and problem management frameworks. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Proactive in iden-tifying potential problems and implementing preventive Skills Ex-cellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Incident and Problem Management Experience in managing and resolv-ing incidents in a production environment. Knowledge of ITIL or similar incident and problem management Qualifications Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Certifications in Azure Java ITIL or Spring Boot. Experience with automa-tion tools and scripting languages.
