Job Summary
Civitas Health Services Inc. is seeking to hire highly skilled and motivated Full Time RBTs BTs and/or BCATs for our ABA Therapy Program in our Richmond location with a $1000 Sign On Bonus!!

What We Offer:
Competitive Salaries from $46082.40/year up to $53082.40/year based on experience
Monthly Bonus Program(MAP)- Additional potential earning up to $10000 annually

Some Essential Job Duties
Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services holistic behavioral techniques and interventions that will improve the individuals adaptive functioning in major life areas
Provide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniques
Works with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniques
Records and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation assessing needs and planning goals for the individuals
Job Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelors degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field
Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to complete certification training
Some experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or other developmental and intellectual disabilities will be a plus
Able to drive and have a valid drivers license
Comfortable driving to the home of clients to provide services if need be
