Principal Accountabilities

  • Pulling in pallets feeding the line packing tape machine and stack off
  • Be able to stack and scan boxes
  • Be able to perform basic math
  • Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including activities such as providing support to the team provide new hire training etc
  • Setup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist others
  • Feed materials into machine operate and monitor machine operations according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met
  • Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance trouble shoot complex machine issues support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance
  • Track production and quality records both manually and electronically
  • Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as needed
  • Able to lift product and boxes weighing up to 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
  • Standing for majority of the shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehousing experience
  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
