We are looking for a/anAero Mechanic to join our ServicesAME team in United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Disassemble inspect and assemble power turbines gas generators and accessory gear and accessory components associated with aeroderivative machinery.
- Possess a proficient knowhow of professional hand tools to adequately perform daily assignments.
- Continuously gain knowledge of products materials and procedures to better perform duties including updating safety processes.
- Keep the work areas clean and well-organized during disassembly inspection assembly and when the job is completed.
- Be ready to travel to job site or test facility when called on with tools and safety equipment.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Hands-on shop and/or field service experience in aero-derivative turbomachinery repair.
- Technical knowledge of aero-derivative turbomachinery repair.
- 4 years of aeroderivative machinery experience is preferred but not required.
