To lead LRQAs Inspection and Assessment business in the Netherlands delivering commercial growth operational excellence and strategic transformation. This role is accountable for P&L performance client satisfaction and team capability across both service lines.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute performance-driven leader who proactively identifies market opportunities drives cross-functional collaboration (especially with Sales) and builds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver the Netherlands P&L with clear accountability for revenue margin and cash targets.
- Partner with Sales to co-develop and execute commercial strategies including pricing pipeline conversion and strategic account planning.
- Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities across sectors services and partnerships.
- Deliver performance reviews with clarity and rigour using data to drive accountability and improvement.
Strategic and Operational Execution
- Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan aligned with LRQAs global strategy and local market dynamics.
- Lead operational planning and resource optimisation to ensure efficient compliant and client-centric service delivery.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation across both Inspection and Assessment to enhance value and scalability.
Client and Market Engagement
- Represent LRQA externally building relationships with key clients regulators and industry bodies.
- Lead service recovery and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with Technical & Quality teams.
- Deepen client relationships through proactive engagement solution development and strategic account management.
People and Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing commercially aware team through effective recruitment coaching and performance management.
- Foster a culture of ownership agility and client-centricity across all levels of the organisation.
- Champion employee engagement and talent development ensuring succession readiness and capability growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
