Compensation: $20000$30000 total summer earnings (hourly performance bonuses)

About the Role
We are hiring a motivated organized and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations & Production Intern for the Summer 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real management experience learn how to run job sites lead crews and deliver high-quality results for clients in the Forest Hill / Cedarvale / Eglinton community.
You will work directly with the Branch Manager to coordinate residential painting projects manage a small team ensure job quality and create an excellent client experience.
No previous painting experience required we provide full training.
What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations on residential painting job sites
Lead and motivate a team of 812 painters
Maintain productivity jobsite organization and project timelines
Ensure quality workmanship and a clean professional jobsite
Communicate with clients and uphold a high standard of customer care
Track hours materials and job progress in real time
Assist with setup cleanup and equipment management
Work closely with the Branch Manager to reach weekly production targets
