Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Insurance Ops Lead
In this role the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the P&C insurance division.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and markets to expand the divisions footprint.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets financial performance and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Experience in the P&C insurance industry in a senior leadership role.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of P&C insurance products market trends and regulatory environment.

Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
Experience working in a global or multinational environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
