Job Description:
The Fitness Coach is a vital member of the Anytime Fitness team responsible for delivering a high-quality training experience to all members. This role combines coaching motivation and accountability to help members achieve their personal fitness goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members.
- Design and implement customized workout programs.
- Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise form technique and safety.
- Monitor member progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Encourage member engagement accountability and retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area.
- Support club culture by promoting teamwork positivity and member success.
Qualifications:
- Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Accredited personal training certification (NASM ACE ISSA NSCA ACSM or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health fitness and helping others succeed.
- Prior personal training or coaching experience preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate plus session-based commission and performance bonuses.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule including mornings evenings and weekends as needed.
