Your mission
As a junior HR Generalist you will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR processes. Youll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure smooth payroll operations effective personnel administration and meaningful employee engagement. Your mission includes:
Payroll preparation execution and follow-up; manage absences and related reporting.
Handle personnel administration (contracts certificates onboarding plans etc.).
Support recruitment and employer branding activities.
Perform personnel controlling and support annual personnel cost planning.
Maintain HR systems organizational charts and personnel files.
Coordinate and document trainings health management and team building initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements.
Prepare presentations analyses and support performance reviews.
Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate closely with HR BP Netherlands HR Specialist Recruiting and EVP HR.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role you bring:
Education and/or experience in Human Resources (internship or entry-level experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
