eCommerce Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented eCommerce Manager to lead the operations strategy and continuous improvement of our digital commerce platform. This role will manage product data engage with users oversee site performance and collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional online experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in marketing sales database and website administration and will be fully engaged in all website processes. Project management experience is essential for success in this role.
This role will report to the Director Information Technology.

Objectives of this Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain site health and functionality
- Define and execute the eCommerce roadmap aligned with company goals
- Analyze KPIs and site analytics to inform decisions and report performance to stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain site speed responsiveness and uptime
- Manage product data accuracy including descriptions images and availability
- Support customer onboarding and engagement through personalized digital experiences
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests related to the eCommerce platform
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic and conversions
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues in coordination with IT and vendors
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage eCommerce projects from planning through execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Marketing Information Systems or related field
- Experience managing eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento Shopify WooCommerce)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing SEO UX/UI principles and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product data management and content optimization
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and technologies
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with B2B eCommerce environments and ERP integrations (Epicor Eclipse)
- Experience working with large product catalogs (50k) and complex pricing structures
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Flooring industry experience a plus.
