Kepak Meat Division UKis one of the UKs leading food processing companies operating 3 manufacturing sites (Merthyr Tydfil in Wales Aberdeen in Scotland and Bodmin in England).

As a Meat Processing Operative youll play a key role in our production process while gaining hands-on experience training and the opportunity to build a lasting career in food manufacturing.

What youll do:
- Work on a range of activities including packing machinery operation maintaining cleanliness and product distribution.
- Work with your team to set up the production line conduct necessary checks and ensure all materials are prepared for use.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Support in meeting daily production targets whilst working in chilled factory environment.
What were looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced chilled environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to meet production needs.
- Previous food factory is helpful but full training is provided.
