Night Duty Personal Care Worker

Reporting directly to the Manager Aged Care (SJNH) the Personal Care Worker - Night Duty (PCW) assists in the provision of high-quality care and support to our residents. Assisting patients with their personal care needs such as hygiene dressing eating and with their mobility and communication needs.

To be successful applicants will need to possess the following:

• Accredited qualification to a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support
• Well-developed interpersonal skills within a team environment;
• Excellent organisation and time management skills;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience and a compassionate attitude working with older people

St Josephs Nursing Home (SJNH) Lismore is a 130 bed Accredited Aged Care Facility owned and operated by the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church Diocese of Lismore since 1936. St. Josephs is located on the grounds of St Vincents Private Hospital. The facility specialises in high care services for the frail aged palliative care and residents living with dementia.
