- 24 months experience in marketing public relations or communications.
Equivalency Substitution:Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 72 months of related experience

As a department within the Senior Vice President and Provost Office the OU Recruitment & Admissions team provides support services for prospective and current students alumni and University partners. This position will directly support all centralized recruitment communication efforts. With a committed goal to increase enrollment and ensure the best educational experience for tomorrows helpers the University of Oklahoma is an exciting and dynamic place to serve grow and share in the Universitys life-changing mission.
Duties:
- In collaboration with OU Marketing & Communications manage social media accounts for OU Recruitment & Admissions including content calendar planning content creation and utilizing platforms for up to date and real-time posting.
- Partner with university partners to update and maintain the OU Recruitment & Admissions webpage portfolio. Understanding the audience of the webpages while utilizing innovation and creativity to connect with prospective students online.
- Design produce and maintain various documents and publications for OU Recruitment & Admissions including but not limited to Pathways Degree Sheets and other internal and external marketing materials.
- Design marketing materials for prospective student recruitment events social media content etc. bring creativity to each project.
- Support the seven academic colleges in refreshing marketing materials maintaining a unified brand across the OU Health Campus OU-Tulsa Campus and six additional sites.
- Work with the OU Recruitment & Admissions Recruitment team to communicate routinely through email calls in person visits and events with prospective students families high school counselors and other key stakeholders across campus the State of Oklahoma and regional area.
- Fully utilize and attain the proper training for the use of the institutions CRM to communicate and proactively outreach to prospective students support systems and college academic counselors. This includes management of prospect contacts creative messaging to students etc.
- With use of the CRM build reports and queries to track the progress and return on investment in designated territories.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
