Join Tone Home Health Services Inc. as a Speech Language Pathologist and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our this position you will cover the Flint location and surrounding areas.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients speech language and swallowing disorders.
- As a Speech Language Pathologist you will play a vital role in assessing diagnosing and treating individuals with communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills articulation fluency and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Utilize standardized testing and evidence-based practices in treatment interventions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions in our EMR application (KINNSER).
- You will also be trained and use HHN application which is our internal application that will be used for communication with all team members and will be assigning patients through there as well.

Home Health Care Speech Therapist (SLP) Requirements:
- Active Michigan Speech Therapy license (Required)
- Valid CPR (Required)
- TB test result (Required)
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance/vehicle registration (Required)
- Background check (Required)
- 1 year experience in Home health care - (Preferred)
