Key Responsibilities - Review and interpret plans at all stages of development from schematic and budgetary designs to fully detailed 100% construction documents.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates including materials labor and equipment.
- Evaluate and qualify vendors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
- Analyze and compile data affecting costs including labor rates materials equipment and location factors to produce precise and timely estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and manage project-related portals and documentation.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently maintaining high standards of organization and time management.
- Review project scope specifications and potential risk factors to determine bid feasibility.
- Oversee special assignments and provide support for strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Civil Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of construction industry experience with proven project management capability.
- Strong ability to read analyze and interpret complex project documents and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients vendors subcontractors and team members.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering effective persuasive project proposals and presentations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
