Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong technical and leadership expertise to oversee and drive complex cross-functional programs in a highly technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of direct experience managing and delivering large-scale technology programs demonstrating an ability to lead diverse teams manage budgets mitigate risks and ensure program alignment with strategic business goals.
This Position is a hybrid work environment / 95% Remote Candidate must live within 2 hours of a government Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program execution including scope schedule budget and quality.
- Interface with stakeholders across engineering product and operations to define and deliver requirements.
- Manage multiple project timelines and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program status risks and milestones to executive leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Drive adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies as applicable.
- Ensure program personnel maintain continuity for at least one year.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science Math Engineering or Information Systems.
- 7 years of experience leading technical programs or large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on coding experience (e.g. scripting automation or application development).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
