Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Manager for our gaming manufacturing client. This individual will lead enterprise-wide adoption integration and optimization of AI technologiessuch as ChatGPT GitHub Copilot and other LLM-based toolsacross global teams in the US Philippines Australia Macau India and Israel.
This role serves as the strategic champion for AI transformation enabling teams across product engineering design operations compliance and leadership to increase efficiency innovation and competitive advantage through responsible AI use.

Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute the company-wide AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify AI integration opportunities across engineering customer support compliance marketing finance and additional departments.
- Adapt AI strategies for global teams in the Philippines Israel US Australia Macau and India.
- Conduct workshops onboarding programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate AI literacy.
- Build AI playbooks best practices and guardrails for safe and effective usage.
- Create region-specific enablement programs tailored to local regulations languages and workflows.
- Monitor AI usage policies to ensure ethical use data privacy protections and compliance with local laws.
- Provide periodic risk assessments and adoption reports.
- Collaborate with product and engineering on AI-powered features automation and content generation.
- Measure AI initiative impact (productivity cost savings quality improvements).
- Stay current on AI trends and recommend new tools and opportunities for adoption.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to accelerate adoption.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to deploy and maintain AI solutions securely.
- Work with leadership to define AI KPIs and report progress regularly.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI/ML Business or related field.
- 5 years in technology enablement AI adoption or digital transformation (gaming or tech preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT GitHub Copilot and other LLMs.
- Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with gaming technology ecosystems (casino systems online gaming entertainment platforms).
- Strong communication and training skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Knowledge of privacy ethics and regulatory requirements across Philippines Israel US Australia Macau and India.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the gaming casino or entertainment technology sector.
- Certifications in AI cloud or project management.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering workflow automation and productivity tooling.
- Experience leading change management initiatives in diverse global environments.
