Job Responsibilities
This is an Internal Posting only current SCDC employees will be considered.
Serves as the HR liaison for the division.
Enters leave & attendance for the division as well as enters inmate work hours for inmates assigned to the division.
Prepares and formulates revenue billing invoices for vehicle services provided to other state agencies.
Serves as custodian of the vehicle car wash fund.
Assists in the coordination of the agencys midlands vehicle accident review board; as well as providing administrative support to the eastern & Appalachian accident review board.
Prepares commissary orders for the division performs administrative support for the entire division.
Compiles & generates statistical data and reports for vehicle maintenance and vehicle fleet operations.
Serves as the employee training coordinator/liaison for the division.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
The State ofSouth Carolina MinimumRequirements:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
(Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
