Als Teamleiter Instandhaltung an unserem Produktionsstandort Haan übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch) und sind verantwortlich für die Planung Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Wartungs- Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen Anlagen und der technischen Infrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch)

• Planung Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs- Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen

• Sicherstellung der Betriebs- und Anlagenverfügbarkeit

• Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Verantwortung für Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Budget- und Wartungsplanung

• Erstellung und Pflege von Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplänen

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik) idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung Fehlerdiagnose Ersatzteilmanagement und Instandhaltungssoftware (z. B. eMaint)

• Organisationstalent Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit Qualitätssicherung und gesetzlichen Vorschriften

• Kommunikationsstärke Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
