3D Printing GTM & Product Enablement Intern

Responsibilities

As a3D Printing GTM & Product Enablement Intern you will play a key role in supporting thecategorymanagement team and helping drive the success of HPs 3D Printing business. This role offers exposure to product management pricing strategy sales enablement and partner program operations in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Product & Sales Enablement

• Maintain and update product information to ensure sales teams and partners always have the latest content.

• Support deal configurations andassistwith price book updates acrossEMEA.

• Provide frontline supporttosales teams with product-related questions.

Pricing & Business Analysis

• Conduct regional pricing analysis tomonitorcompetitiveness.

• Implement pricing updates in systems ensuring accuracy and alignment with business strategy.

• Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Management

Coordinate MDF planning for allEMEAresellers in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage the MDF request process: analyze submissions track special approvals and align with Partner Business Managers.

• Drive visibility and reporting on MDF investments and outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with regional salescategory marketing andoperations teams to streamline execution.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects in processes and tools.

Requirements

• Currentlypursuing a Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Economics ora relatedfield.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills withabilityto work with numbers and data.

• Proficiencyin Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables data analysis) and willingness to learn HP systems.

• Detail-oriented and organized withabilityto manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.

• Interest in technology product management or the 3D printing industry is a plus.

• Fluent in English;additionalEuropean languages are a plus.
