Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who will take full ownership of our global material flow. Youll make sure every component and product is where it needs to be in the right quantity at the right moment so we can keep our 24-hour delivery promise to customers.
Youll report directly to the COO and play a key role in driving operational excellence alignment and continuous improvement across the organization.
What youll do
Take full ownership of the global material flow within Locinox.
Ensure timely availability of materials for production and guarantee our 24h delivery service.
Manage stock monitoring and analysis (MRP) for Waregem and international locations.
Lead and optimize the S&OP process across the business.
Collaborate closely with Sales Logistics Production and other Supply Chain Managers.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and reliability.
Drive cross-functional communication clarity and alignment to support our business goals.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in supply chain engineering or a related field
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- A critical thinker who enjoys improving processes and driving efficiency
- Able to guide others giving them space to grow in their roles
